This is the reason for existence of Lion Finance Zimbabwe (LFZ). LFZ is a registered Deposit Taking Microfinance bank whose agenda is the alleviation of poverty through digital financial inclusion. At Lion Finance Zimbabwe we define digital financial inclusion as the access to and use of formal financial services by excluded and underserved populations. Lion Microfinance Limited trading as Lion Finance Zimbabwe takes pride in being a developmental bank in Zimbabwe whose Vision is the "Transformation of Lives through Financial Inclusion for sustainable growth". Dr Rajun Lekhraj Mahtani
Dr Mahtani is a Zambian business magnate who holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the London Institute of Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certifies Accountants. Dr Mahtani is currently Executive Chairman of the Mahtani Group of companies which consists of fifteen companies across various sectors of the economy with a large bearing in financial services. He is also advisor to a number of bodies and Chamber of African economies.
Barkati Ali
Mr Ali is a Pakistani national residing in Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi and a Diploma and a Certificate in Banking from the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He is a career Banker with over thirty years in banking industry. Mr Ali was the Managing Directore before his appointment to the Chief Executive Officer of Finance Bank of Zambia Limited until 2016
Mary Madhuri Shultz
Mrs Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Administration and Development from Swansea University in the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Biblical Studies. Mrs Shults is a Zambia national who is based in Ontario, Canada. She is a seasoned businesswoman and has worked in various capacities across companies in Zambia where she sits on a number of company Boards. Mrs Mary Shults is a retiree who is currently her skills in consulting and Pastoring..

Mr Machila has 19 years experience spanning across Financial reporting, business rescue, investments, audit and assurance and Management Consultancy. He is a rounded executive with expertise in Finance, experience in operations, strategic planning, business development and turnaround, corporate governance and human capital oversight. Ailet Mabaya
Mrs Mabaya is an Associated Certifies Accountant (ACCA) and have a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree (UZ). She has vast knowledge in Finance and Administration and terminal accountability in overall finance control and accounting services, production of accurate final accounts and budgets ensuring that business realise value through unlocking financial decisions. She is fully conversant in ensuring systems.
